Approve through ATM (IRATA*): Instant Approval of Internet Banking Request Approval Through ATM in India. SBI is the best bank in India in technology. They introduces lot of new technology in Indian banking with great security. I like it a lot. But there front end staff not looks like there website …LOL
Today I seen 2 option in approval section after adding a new beneficiary. Now you need not to wait upto 4 hour( In case OTP). Looks like this
The 1st option is
Approve through ATM (IRATA*): Instant Approval of Internet Banking Request Approval Through ATM in India
And 2nd one is old one
Approve through OTP**: Using OTP (One Time Password) approval will happen after a cooling period of some hours,and maximum initial limit will be Rs. 50,000. Only one beneficiary can be added per day using this option.
Once you select option 1 . You get a 10 digit reference number. It look like this
Now follow the steps as shown in abobe image
- Go to a State Bank Group ATM
- Swipe your ATM Card which is linked to an account that you can view in your internet banking login and enter your card PIN.
- Choose ‘Services’ ->others then choose ‘Internet Banking Request Approval’ option.
- Enter 10-digit INB regerence number and confirm.
I like there concept. Before this option there was option to go to branch to approve it now. But now you need to see the face of SBI employee you can do it directly from ATM.
Beneficiary approval process can be change once it is selected.Like if i have select OPT but after sometime time i need to change it to IRATA due to urgency. can it is possible..? Please give answer for this.

you just delete the existing benefiecry added and add again same process and choose IRARA option during approve……..
But the Internet Banking Request Approval Option is not appearing on the screen. What to do next.

At side you can see Irata ref.status
There you can get 10digit ref number
I am yet to receive this 10 digit reference No. What I have received is 12 digit banking txn no via sms. please assist
SBI ATM services are very bad. I always suggest do not use sbi.
After confirm the resf number. it gives options for account type. So whose account type it is concerned.
WHAT IF I HAVE SELECTED IRATA OPTION AND NOW WANT TO SELECT OTP CAN I CAHNGE IT?

Instant approval using IRATA……I tried today…even from past 1 week….in all ATMs….everytime I am getting error like “Temporarily this service is unavailable”
At my SBI ATM, after entering code, it asks which account and gives option as savings and checking. Selecting Savings results in failed transaction as reported above. Selecting Checking allowed my IRATA to go through and the beneficiary was approved.
I got 11 digit number but ATM asking is 10 digit number. what to do?

i tried irta method never succeeded in saving mode no of times failed, and also tried in checked mode also not working checked is nothing but current mode as other atm shows. i tried call center to help he suggested go to bank /other method by contact call method so i think iam going to bank for change sbi services how to do good rating.
