How Govt Use The collected Tax in India?

I can’t tell u the cost of these small ship/Nao. But It shows that how our money is used by Govt. I studied 4 year Engineering to know how to manage resource. We invest lot of time to write a optimized code to save time and power of CPU(which cost Rs.5000/) and Govt throw these ship in water which cost in Lakhs.
I think we should not pay tax because पाप करने वाला और पापी का साथ देनेवाला दोनों ही पापी होता है|
